  • Gaby Fogel (Ph.D., Business Administration, Industrial / organizational Psychology, 2014) and Melanie Shaw’s, Ph.D. (University Ombudsperson, Office of the Provost) paper “Sexual Relationships in the Workplace: A Case Study from the Perspective of Human Resources” was published in the Journal of Business Leadership Today.

Students

  • Keith McKendall (D.B.A., candidate) assistant vice president of facilities at Dillard University is overseeing Hurricane Katrina and Disaster Recovery, which involves directing over $500 million in repairs and overseeing $300 million in FEMA recovery funds.
  • Gerald Floyd, Jr. (M.B.A., candidate) volunteers with the non-profit organization Estudio Magazine, an organization dedicated to helping students fund their college education.
  • Rebet Jones’ (Ph.D, Business Administration, candidate) IT consulting firm J6 Management Consulting has received 8(a) Small Business Administration (SBA) certification.
  • David English (D.B.A., candidate) has been appointed assistant professor at Gacheon University in South Korea.

Bigatti, Ph.D. (Adjunct Faculty, School of Psychology) on “Religiosity and Spirituality as Resiliency Resources: Moderation, Mediation or Moderated Mediation,” was published in the Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion.
  • Robert Uda (Ph.D., Business Administration, 2008) was awarded the Quarterly Student Experience Award from Colorado Technical University.
  • Cindy Massey (M.Ed., 2012) is currently teaching English as a Second Language in Malaysia for the U.S. State Department.
  • Dawn Hohl (Ph.D., Business Administration, 2012) was appointed to the National Quality Forum’s Care Coordination Committee. She also presented “Discharge Planning Models” at the Remington Think Tank Conference in March, 2014.

  • Cynthia Lofaso (Ph.D., Psychology, 2011) and Daniel Weigand’s, Ph.D. (Adjunct Dissertation Chair, the Graduate School) paper Individual Characteristics and Self-Perceived Burden in Cancer Patients was published in Current Psychology.
