NCU Administration

  • Dr. Michael DeGrosky, 2013 PhD in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership graduate, was recently appointed as Montana’s new Fire and Aviation Management Bureau Chief.
  • Michael Cohen, 2012 Master of Education, published a book titled Special Education: Best Practices in Focus.
  • Dr. Desmond Bikoko, a 2007 NCU graduate with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) specializing in International Business, is running for mayor of Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi. He is currently the Councilor of the city. He also runs his own firm, Madison Holdings, which provides diverse services: recruitment, consulting/training, catering, vehicle tracking services and most recently a fully accredited university, Riverton University.

  • Andrea Daniel, PhD, (Business Administration) was named president of Athens Technical College. Daniel has been with Athens Tech for 19 years, serving in a variety of roles including registrar, vice president for external affairs, vice president for student affairs and vice president for economic development.
  • Megan Schulze, PhD, (Homeland Security Leadership and Policy) wrote and opinion piece “The US and the Global Counterterrorism Strategy is Failing” for inhomelandsecurity.com. Dr. Schulze served 11 years in the United States Army which provided her with an array of experience and expertise in homeland security from multiple perspectives.
  • Maria Royals, MEd,was named 2016 National Dance Education Teacher of the Year by the Society of Health and Physical Educators. Royals teaches dance at George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. Her dance curriculum focuses on honoring students' study skills, self-discipline, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and collaborative skills.
